URBAN REVIVO Membership Privilege

URBAN REVIVO Membership Policy for Singapore is formulated by UR Fashion Group (Singapore) Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UR Singapore") to clarify conditions and rules of becoming UR (Singapore) members as well as rights, obligations and responsibilities of UR and members in the use of membership services provided by UR Singapore.

Members are entitled to membership services including bonus point accumulation and other rewards and benefits provided by UR Singapore at retail stores in Singapore and official online stores including official global website— www.urbanrevivo. com, and relevant websites or applications available to mobile phones. The latest terms and conditions should be subject to those of the official website www.urbanrevivo.com.

Before registering as a member, please carefully read terms and conditions mentioned or quoted in the Policy, in particular those relevant to member rights, obligations, and potentially applicable restrictions and exclusions in bold and underlined. If potential members click “agree with the Policy” in the registration process and receive or should have received the updated or revised information released on official website or at UR stores in Singapore without submitting written objections within 2 calendar days, it means that members have fully read, understood and accepted the Membership Policy. If potential members disagree with any part of the Policy, please stop registering or stop using or request to cancel the membership immediately, and notify UR in written form at the official email address: customerservice@ur.com.cn (same as below).

1. Membership should be registered only by those who are at least 21 years old or who have reached the age of 16 with consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives.

2. Submission of membership registration means that the members are at least 21 years old or have reached the age of 16 with consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives, and agree with the Terms and Conditions

Registration Method

1. Members may be registered at URBAN REVIVO stores in Singapore, where members are able to have basic information recorded by themselves and automatically uploaded to database and official website (http://www.urbanrevivo.com) for membership registration at the cash register equipped with iPad-related devices. Members who successfully register are entitled to member services provided by UR Singapore.

Membership Benefits

Bonus points should be converted to vouchers and should not be accumulated through shopping at URBAN REVIVO stores in other countries/regions outside of Singapore.

1 Bonus Point Rules

1.1 Bonus points for registration : 100 points will be rewarded to each account for first-time membership registration.(Coming Soon)

1.2 Bonus points for product purchase : Members who purchase products at UR retail stores in Singapore or official online stores with cash, bank cards or any third-party payment processors recognised by UR Singapore will be rewarded with bonus points according to the actual payment amount.

1.3 Exchange payment amount for bonus points : SGD1= 1 bonus point (Members should purchase products with bonus points through official channels mentioned in 1.2.) (Coming Soon)

Bonus point redemption : Every 400 bonus points will be automatically converted to a SGD20 voucher on the system.(Coming Soon)

*Rules of using vouchers should be subject to those released by URBAN REVIVO through the official channel.

1.4 Bonus points for activities : Members are entitled to various preferential activities from time to time. Rules of specific activities should be subject to those released by URBAN REVIVO through the official channel.

1.5 Notes :

* Bonus points shall not be redeemable for cash, or used as change or repayment;

* Bonus points shall not be transferred or given away to others.

* Members who purchase products at retail stores or online stores unmentioned above, or purchase products irrelevant to bonus point accumulation will not be rewarded with bonus points.

* For members who purchase products for transaction like commercial resale in third-party websites or sales channels, UR Singapore has the right to adjust and restrict members’ rights and benefits, including but not limited to deducting and adjusting bonus points, restricting accumulation and use of bonus points and otherwise.

* In case of any inconsistency with the rules of using vouchers, those of the specific activities shall prevail.

1.6 Bonus Point Rewards

1.6.1 Physical stores: Members who purchase products at URBAN REVIVO stores in Singapore and provide membership number or email address associated with membership account will be rewarded with bonus points on the day of transaction.

1.6.2 Official online channels: Members who purchase products online will be rewarded with corresponding bonus points on the day after receiving delivery with confirmation or by default.

1.7 Validity period : Bonus points accumulated in the current year will be reset at 24:00 on 31 July of the next year. Bonus points of the new year will be reaccumulated on 1 Aug.
1.8 Notes :
1.8.1 Please show the membership number or relevant email address for bonus point accumulation before payment at the cashier desk, otherwise delayed bonus accumulation is unacceptable.
1.8.2 In case of failure of bonus point accumulation due to wrong information provided, operation mistakes or system defects, please request for bonus accumulation with receipt at store within 7 days, otherwise belated request is unacceptable.
1.8.3 In case of product return or order cancellation, bonus points rewarded for the product purchase will be removed.
1.8.4 For purchase with cash vouchers, prices will be deducted proportionally according to original ones.
1.8.5 UR Singapore is responsible for operations and management of bonus points. In case of members’ violation of the Policy, wrong information provided, hacker attack, system failure, etc., UR Singapore has the right to deduct or adjust bonus points correspondingly. Members who disagree with the decision should file objections within 7 days, otherwise members will be regarded as agreeing with the decision and UR will not handle any objections after the required time.

2 Birthday Reward

Members will get an exclusive voucher in birth month.(Coming Soon)

*Members will be rewarded with vouchers (SGD50) on the birthday (subject to the date entered when registering). Rules of using cash vouchers should be subject to those released by URBAN REVIVO through the official channel.(Coming Soon)

Notes :

* Cash vouchers will be effected to members' accounts as birthday rewards through email in the corresponding month. The specific time should be subject to that on the system.

* Members who fail to provide birthday information will not get birthday rewards.

* Rules of using aforementioned cash vouchers should be subject to those released by URBAN REVIVO through the official channel.

* If the purchase price is lower than amount of cash voucher, the difference will not be returned to customers.

* In case of purchase with cash vouchers, the amount deducted by cash vouchers will not be calculated as bonus points.

* In case of product return, cash vouchers shall not be reused and customers will be refunded with actual payment amount.

* If the price of replaced product is the same as that of the original one, the product may be changed directly. If the price of replaced product is higher than that of the original one, the difference should be paid by customers, otherwise customers will be refunded with the price difference of two products with the amount of cash voucher deducted.

* In case of any inconsistency with the rules of using vouchers, those of the specific activities shall prevail.

3 Other Benefits

3.1 Members will be entitled to exclusive preferential treatment provided by UR Singapore from time to time. Members will enjoy bonus point rewarding activities and membership benefits at stores and official website.

Use of Membership Card
  • 1. Membership cards shall be used by members themselves. Membership and bonus points shall not be transferred, lent out, used for mortgage or for other purposes. Members shall be held fully accountable for the violation of this provision, including but not limited to adjustment of bonus points and other restrictions.
  • 2. Members should provide membership number or mobile phone number when paying for products at the cashier desk. In case of any changes of information provided in registration, members should be responsible for the information they completed and modify personal information by themselves on the official website.
  • 3. Birthday information filled out by members shall not be changed. Members who want to modify birthday information for protection of rights and interests may reach out to the store staff with personal ID cards. Members are allowed to modify birthday information once only.
Membership Cancellation
After confirmation of personally identifiable information, members should send a request for membership cancellation to official customer service email (customerservice@ur.com.cn). Membership cancellation process will be launched within 24 hours and completed after confirmation of consistency between information filled out when registration and cancellation. Once the membership is cancelled, all bonus points, vouchers and other membership benefits will become invalid. Please notice that the aforementioned benefits will not be restored even after the membership is reapplied.
Effectiveness and Change of Policy

1. The Policy may be revised and adjusted by UR Singapore from time to time. Members will be informed of revision or adjustment of the Policy through a) official website or b) notice released by designated stores.

2. Any adjustment of the Policy will take effect on the date of notification. Members should search the Policy regularly to learn about relevant adjustments in a timely manner. In case of objection, members should stop member services and notify UR Singapore in written form from the date of adjustment or revision. The revised and adjusted provisions will not be effective on the date after receipt of members’ notification. Members who refuse to accept the adjusted policy after UR Singapore’s response and communication should cancel membership. The use of membership services after adjusted or revised provisions taking effect means that members have accepted the adjusted Policy.

Privacy Policies

1. UR Singapore respects personal privacy. For any details relevant to collection, use and protection of members’ personal information by designated websites or stores designated, please refer to Privacy Policies and relevant provisions of UR Singapore, which serve as an integral part of the Policy.

2. Please read Privacy Policies carefully before membership registration and member service receiving. Members receiving services means that they agree with methods of using and protecting members’ personal information referred in Privacy Policies. Members who disagree with any part of terms, conditions and rules of Privacy Policies and other relevant provisions should stop member services immediately and notify UR Singapore in written form.
Compensation for Damage & Limitation of Liability
1. Members shall have UR Singapore and its group members, managerial staff, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers compensated and defended against any accusations, losses, liabilities, costs and compensation for damage out of or in connection with members’ violation of the Policy, laws or legitimate rights of any third parties.
2. UR Singapore shall compensate members for direct losses and not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses, fines and resultant damages however incurred, unless otherwise provided by law.

1) Shutdown maintenance of system announced by UR Singapore;
2) Data transmission failure due to equipment breakdown;
3) System malfunction incurred by force majeure like typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power cut, war, terrorist attack and otherwise.
4) Service disruption or delay caused by network failure.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
1. The Policy is applied within the scope of Singapore law. Any disputes, or indemnity claims arising out of or in connection with Policy or membership qualifications should be settled by relevant Singapore court, unless otherwise provided by applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.

2. Invalidity of any provisions in the Policy shall not affect the validity of others, unless the provision leads to the failure of achieving purposes of the Policy. If any provisions are deemed as illegal, invalid or unenforceable, validity and enforceability of remaining provisions shall not be affected.
