Exchange and return
Any goods purchased in the Urbanrevivo.com, Apps are allowed to apply for return within 14 days of the receipt, subjecting to the following conditions：
1. URBAN REVIVO only accept unworn and unwashed garments with all tags attached. On presentation of the original receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase;
2.Send back After-Sales Card;
3. Fill out the after-sales card of valid information (such as name, address, contact information, customer ID on Urbanrevivo.com, order number and reasons for the return of the exchange), and please send back the original dispatch form to URBAN REVIVO. (If the form is not completed, it may affect the efficiency of the return, even not allowed to return service);

5. If return is succeed, refund will be proceed in 14-21 days.
6. URBAN REVIVO provides free returns if return meets the standard. Return parcel will be collected in 3-7 work days after application is accepted. Peak season may stretch up to 14 days.
1. URBAN REVIVO do not accept return application for products sold by other network platform and store.
2. If you need to apply for a return, please send return/refund application from your order section or contact customer service, otherwise URBAN REVIVO have the right to reject your return request if it’s not within the return period.
3. Urbanrevivo.com, App have the right: rejects packages that exceed the valid return period; Does not refund items that exceed the valid return period, and rejects return items that do not match the status when they are sent.
4. For reasons of hygiene, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, socks, earrings and other personal clothing, are not accepted to return and exchange. If there are quality problems, we deal with it according to the provisions of national laws and regulations.
5. Accessories, underwear, socks and other related clothing with quality problems, you agree to comply with the provisions of National Laws and Regulations.
6. Please note that if the order uses a birthday coupon, coupons and other digital cash coupons, we will not return digital cash coupons you have used. Please use your digital cash coupons prudently.
7. Rules of Refund & Return: If you purchased with any discount form, the refund amount will be subjected to your actual payment. If you purchased the item, the coupon will be processed separately：
A. If you use a coupon when you purchase the item and do not return it for the quality problem, the coupon may not be used again. Urbanrevivo.com, App have the right not to refund the coupon you have used.
B. If you use a coupon to purchase the product and return it for the quality problem, Urbanrevivo.com, App agree to refund the coupon you have used to your account (in accordance with the amount of the coupon you actually use), except for items with quality Issues purchased from stores.
C. You are aware that if one order using multiple coupons and all return due to quality problems, Urbanrevivo.com and App has the right to decide whether to refund the coupon and the number of coupons returned. For refund of some items in one order, the amount of refund is calculated as "required refund Items price - coupon denomination * (required refund Items price/Total amount of one order)
8. URBAN REVIVO does not accept SALE items for return.
