Standard shipping and Pick-up in store are available for all orders.

Please ensure that your delivery information including name and address details are complete, correct, valid and accurate.

Delivery is provided by CJ Logistics.

2. · Pick up instore: 3 - 5 days

3. · Delivery: 4 - 7 working days (excluding Sunday & PH)

4. · Standard shipping cost: S$4 for Standard.

5. · Free for orders above S$79.

6. · Order of proof is needed upon store collection, please present your Order Confirmation email that you've received in your email;

If you are autorizing another person to collect on your behalf, please send a copy of Order Confirmation email to the person.

Shipping begins when you receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number and order ID.

Most orders are shipped within 3 days after payment confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Do not sign the receipt before inspecting for damage or missing pieces.

Please contact our customer service centre to deal with damaged or missing pieces immediately.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, we will take it as you signed for it.

If you refuse the item (Not quality problem), you will be charged for the courier cost.
